McKissack provided project and construction management services at U.S. Cellular Field—home to the Chicago White Sox.
McKissack was initially retained to oversee construction of the 314-seat Scout Lounge, located directly behind home plate. The scope of work involved complete procurement services, including preparation of the bid manual, invitation to bid documents, pre-bid conferences, bidder’s site-visit, bid analysis, and evaluation. McKissack also provided document control services. Representative projects included: 35th Street development, Chicago White Sox hydrotherapy facility, architectural translucent wall panel repair, exterior facade repairs, chiller replacement Phase I and Phase II, ramp electric replacement, air handling unit field upgrades, waste and vent piping replacement, and waterproofing repairs.
