Lisa Anders possesses 24 years of construction project management experience in both the public and private sector markets.
Over the course of her career, Lisa has acquired extensive hands-on project management and field experience in all phases of programming, preconstruction, purchasing, construction administration, cost estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations and project closeout. She served as senior project manager for one of McKissack & McKissack’s signature projects, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial and served as senior program director for the new National Museum of African American History and Culture. Additionally, as vice president with McKissack & McKissack, Lisa directs, plans and manages business development efforts within the Washington Metropolitan region along with the president, managing principals, and other senior staff members.
