Christie Williams

Vice President, Human Resources
With 24 years of experience, Christie Williams serves as a gateway into McKissack & McKissack for all employees.
She is an expert in all capacities of human resources, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll, leave management, among others. Christie began her career in human resources with the federal government as a labor relations assistant and progressed to hold several positions with other government agencies. Later, she worked as a human resources generalist for Digex, Inc., from its startup size of less than 50 employees to over 3,000 employees upon her departure.
